Automation Services

Remove the manual work from your business. We automate repetitive processes, connect your systems, and put AI agents to work so your team can focus on what matters.

Automate the Work That Slows You Down

At Micro IT Industry, we help businesses replace manual, repetitive, error-prone tasks with reliable automated workflows. From data entry and document processing to approvals, reporting, and customer communication, we identify the processes that cost you the most time and rebuild them to run on their own.

Whether you need to connect disconnected systems, deploy AI agents that handle real work, or automate your testing and back-office operations, our team designs automation that is measurable, maintainable, and built around how your business actually runs.

Our Automation Process

A structured approach that starts with the highest-value processes and proves results early.

1. Process Discovery

We sit with the people doing the work, document how each process actually runs today, and measure the time, volume, and error rate involved.

2. Opportunity Assessment

Every candidate process is scored on effort, risk, and return. You get a prioritised backlog so the first automation delivered is the one that pays back fastest.

3. Design & Pilot

We design the automated workflow, choose the right platform or custom build, and ship a working pilot on a single process so you can validate it against real data.

4. Build & Integrate

Once the pilot proves out, we build the full solution, integrate it with your existing systems, and add the error handling, logging, and fallbacks that keep it dependable.

5. Rollout & Enablement

We roll the automation out to your team with documentation and hands-on training, so the people who depend on it know how it works and what to do when it needs attention.

6. Monitor & Optimise

Automations are monitored against the baseline we measured at the start, so you can see the hours saved, and we keep tuning them as your processes evolve.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our automation services.

Which processes are worth automating?

The best candidates are repetitive, rule-based, high-volume, and error-prone: data entry, document handling, reporting, approvals, notifications, and moving information between systems. During our discovery phase we measure how much time each one consumes so the decision is based on numbers rather than assumptions.

How long does an automation project take?

A focused single-process automation typically goes live in 2 to 6 weeks. Broader programmes covering multiple departments run longer, but we deliver them in increments so you start seeing returns from the first process rather than waiting for the whole roadmap to finish.

Will automation replace our staff?

Our automations take over the repetitive parts of a job, not the job. Teams we work with typically redirect the recovered hours toward customer-facing and higher-judgement work, and decisions that carry real consequences stay with a human in the loop by design.

Can you automate our legacy systems without APIs?

Yes. Where a system offers no API, we use RPA and browser automation to interact with it the same way a person would, or we build a lightweight integration layer around it. We always prefer a proper API when one exists, since it is more reliable and easier to maintain.

What happens when an automation fails?

Every workflow we build includes error handling, retries, logging, and alerting, with a defined fallback so work is queued for a human rather than lost. You get visibility into what ran, what failed, and why, and we offer ongoing support to keep everything healthy as your systems change.
