Ownership of deliverables created during a client engagement is determined by the relevant signed agreement, not by these terms. Client names, logos and project screenshots shown in our portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the work we performed.

When you send us a message, a project brief or a job application, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are entitled to share it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or contain unlawful material. You grant us permission to use that information for the purpose of responding to you, assessing your application or scoping the work described. Do not send confidential material through the contact form; ask us for a non-disclosure agreement first and we will arrange one.

Where a signed client agreement specifies a different governing law, that agreement prevails for the engagement it covers.
