3. Permitted use of the website

You may browse the site, read our content and contact us about our services. You agree not to:

  • Use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any system or network connected to it.
  • Introduce malware, or launch a denial-of-service attack or any other attack designed to disrupt the site.
  • Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from the site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
  • Reproduce, resell or republish any part of the site except as permitted in these terms.

4. Services and separate agreements

Descriptions of services, case studies, packages and indicative timelines on this site are provided for information only and do not constitute an offer. Any engagement with Micro IT Industry is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work signed by both parties. Where those documents conflict with these Terms of Use, the signed agreement prevails for that engagement.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, blog articles, page layouts and source code, is owned by Micro IT Industry or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. The Micro IT Industry name and logo are our trademarks and may not be used without our prior written consent.

You may view, download and print pages of this site for your own internal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notice. Ownership of deliverables created during a client engagement is determined by the relevant signed agreement, not by these terms. Client names, logos and project screenshots shown in our portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the work we performed.

6. Your submissions

When you send us a message, a project brief or a job application, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are entitled to share it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or contain unlawful material. You grant us permission to use that information for the purpose of responding to you, assessing your application or scoping the work described. Do not send confidential material through the contact form; ask us for a non-disclosure agreement first and we will arrange one.

7. Third-party links and content

This site links to third-party websites, tools and resources, including client sites and social media profiles. Those links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability or practices of any third-party site, and a link does not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations that the site will be uninterrupted, error free or secure, or that the information on it is complete, accurate or up to date. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Micro IT Industry against any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms of Use or your misuse of the site.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it to understand what we collect and how we use it.

13. Governing law

These Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Punjab, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere. Where a signed client agreement specifies a different governing law, that agreement prevails for the engagement it covers.
